All you need is a blender and some ice pop moulds!

½ tablespoon honey (optional)
1 teaspoon lime juice

For frozen treats that are high in vitamin B, simply pour in to the moulds some fresh apple juice (not from concentrate) and leave to freeze!

1 ¼ cups mixed frozen berries berries
10 tablespoons of plain yogurt
½ cup orange juice
Pop some whole berries on top to finish it off!

1 cup of chopped, washed spinach leaves
1 chopped, large green apple
A couple of mint leaves
Juice of 1 lime
Whizz it all up and freeze!

1 sweet red bell pepper washed and deseeded (bell peppers have more vitamin C than a whole orange!)
1 banana very ripe
2 tbsp nut butter
1 cup plain milk
