All our paint colours are non toxic and so safe for little ones. Our wood is formaldehyde free.

Before any of our designs go into production, they are rigorously tested – we know they are fun to play with, but we have to be sure they are completely safe and durable.

They embody warm and friendly styles and a love of good design – sometimes charming, sometimes quirky, always imaginative and engaging.Tender Leaf Toys are hand-made by skilled men and women who care as much as we do about making finely crafted wooden toys. From raw timber to finished product, every stage in the creation of our toys happens in the same family-run factory. When each toy has been hand-painted, assembled and checked, it is wrapped in paper and packed in recycled cardboard – we are close to eliminating all single-use plastic in our packaging.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is home delivery?

  • Standard Tracked - FREE for orders over £50  (£4.95 for orders under £40)
  • Next Working Day delivery via DPD (UK mainland only)  - £6.95 orders must be placed before 2pm.
  • International Delivery - the delivery charge will be calculated in the basket based on the weight of the order.

Standard Tracked are delivered using Royal Mail. 

When will I get my order?

  • We aim for orders, that are placed before 2pm, are dispatched the same day Monday - Friday, during peak periods this may be slower. For priority processing select Express.
  • Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following day .
  • Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
  • Orders for Next Working Day delivery via DPD must be placed before 2pm. 
  • International orders will be dispatched as above, delivery times will vary dependent on destination.
