What we offer:
- Exclusive Time Slot: Enjoy a dedicated 20-minute session for a stress-free shoe fitting experience.
- Expert Assistance: Our experienced staff will provide and excellent service to ensure the best fit for your child.
- Flexible Scheduling: Available 7 days a week from July 21st to September 1st to suit you.
Preparation Tips:
- One Appointment for 2 Children: we can accommodate measuring and fitting for both children within the selected time slot.
- Remember Socks: To ensure the best fit, please bring socks with you.
- Timely Arrival: Arrive on time for your appointment, but no more than 5 minutes early, to help us serve everyone efficiently.
Special Requirements: If you need extra time or have any special requests, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

How much is home delivery?
- Standard Tracked - FREE for orders over £50 (£4.95 for orders under £40)
- Next Working Day delivery via DPD (UK mainland only) - £6.95 orders must be placed before 2pm.
- International Delivery - the delivery charge will be calculated in the basket based on the weight of the order.
Standard Tracked are delivered using Royal Mail.
When will I get my order?
- We aim for orders, that are placed before 2pm, are dispatched the same day Monday - Friday, during peak periods this may be slower. For priority processing select Express.
- Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following day .
- Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
- Orders for Next Working Day delivery via DPD must be placed before 2pm.
- International orders will be dispatched as above, delivery times will vary dependent on destination.
