How can we help?

Shipping

I'd like express shipping, do you offer this?

All of our parcels are sent on a 48 hour service with our couriers you will be sent full tracking information to the email used when you checked out.

Do you ship overseas?

Since Brexit we have not started shipping internationally. However, we have a store on Trouva where we can. So long story short yes! Find our Trouva store here: https://www.trouva.com/boutiques/acorn-and-pip-in-hd75an

I don’t have the option for free shipping but my order is over £60.

We have some exceptions to our free delivery offer. Exempt postcodes are: AB31 - AB38 AB40 - AB56 IV1 - IV28 IV30 - IV32 IV30 - IV36 IV52 - IV54 IV63 KW1 - KW14 PA21 - PA38 PH4 - PH41 PH49 - PH50 BT. Do you ship to my country?

International shipping is on hold for the time being due to postal disruptions worldwide.

Could I collect my items from you instead of paying for shipping?

Of course! Just select the Local Collection option at checkout. You will receive our standard dispatch email when your item is ready to collect.

I have not recieved my delivery, what should i do?

Utilize the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation message to monitor your delivery on the courier's website.

If shipment tracking is unavailable or your delivery seems overdue, please contact customer support via email at support@acornandpip.com or by calling 01484847968 and providing your order number.

How do i return an item?

Please have a look at our return section for full details on how to return an item. We have tried to make it as fuss-free as possible but please let us know how we can help if you are having any issues.

The product I’d like to buy is out of stock, what should I do?

Please sign up to our stock notifications and as soon as it comes back in stock, you'll be the first to know!

Do you have everything available in your bricks and mortar shop?

We try to have a full range available in our shop but at times we can't have every item available in store. If you are looking for an exact item, please let us know beforehand and we will make sure it's in store for you. We are unable to sell Maileg in our store but you can click and collect.

I have purchased a pre-order product, what does this mean?

For some items we offer them on pre-order but the estimated due in date may vary as we are reliant on the brand, international shipping partners, customs and the boarder to run smoothly to enable the product to be available on time. Whilst this is always possible, changes may occur in our estimated delivery times.

How safe are the toys you sell?

All the toys that we sell are tested to EN71 and CE standards. We are very picky about the toys we stock and ensure that they comply with EN71 and CE standards. You can read more about these standards here.

We offer a discount off your first order when you sign up to our newsletter.

Can i amend or cancer my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible

Can you gift wrap my order?

Ordering with us gives you the option to add gift wrapping to your purchase. This can be done when you add items to your shopping basket.

Our team will carefully present your items in gift wrapping, topped with a ribbon, along with a personalized message written by you at checkout.

If you'd like to have your items gift wrapped in-store, please speak to one of our staff members who'll be glad to assist.

Do you sell gift cards in-store & online?

Customers can purchase gift cards online to redeem on our website or in-store for use exclusively in-store.

Returns

How do i return an item?

Our return policy is designed to be as hassle-free as possible; however, if you have any questions, please let us know and we'll be glad to help. Please refer to our return section for complete details.

Can i return my order in store?

Returns or exchanges of online items bought in-store will be processed online, with refunds dispensed through the original payment method. In-store items must be in the same condition to be exchanged or returned within 14 days.

When will my refund be processed?

Generally, refunds are processed within seven days of the package's arrival. If you believe your refund should have been issued already, please contact our customer service team via email at support@acornandpip.com or by phone at 01484847968.

The Shoe Shop

Do you offer measuring in the shoe shop?

Yes, our staff have all been expertly trained with the Start-rite system and are available to offer their professional guidance in finding the perfect fitting shoes.

Do I need to make an appointment?

No appointment is necessary for children's foot measuring - simply call in, and a member of staff will be available to assist you.

Which shoe sizes do you stock?

Our assortment of sizes ranges from baby size 1 to adult size 5, suitable from pre-walkers to teens.

Our Café

Can i book a table for the café?

There is no need to book. Our cafe operates on a first come, first served basis and it is very rare that we need to turn tables away. During peak times, there may be a short wait, but there is plenty to do in and around the stores. Groups of 8+ are now able to book via tim@acornandpip.com. Please note that all bookings are provisional until confirmed via email.

Do you cater for different dietary requirements?

Yes! We have plenty of gluten free and vegan options available and are able to cater for most dietary requirements on request. Please note that we prepare all food in a very small kitchen, so whilst every attempt to avoid cross contamination is made, we cannot 100% guarantee this.

Can I bring my own food?

Strictly no outside food or drinks please with the exception of water in a water bottle, or puree'd baby food. We have a full children's menu and plenty of snacks in store for little ones and can accommodate 'off menu' requests wherever possible. Answer

QuestionCan I bring my dog?

We currently allow small dogs in arms only, due to our space in store being limited and protecting our shopping experience. We do however have outside seating and dogs are more than welcome!
